Meet Dixie, a 7 year old, 60 lb. yellow lab looking for her forever home. Dixie was an owner surrender because her family did not want to treat her skin condition. Lucky for Dixie, a Labs4Rescue volunteer was at the shelter when she was dropped off and scooped her right up! Dixie's skin and coat are looking much better and she is loving life in her foster home. She is exceptionally well trained. She will bark for water, food, cookies (don't run out of those), and potty. I can say kennel up and she is back in her crate and waiting for the door to close. Dixie is fine around other dogs, but not when food is present. She is loyal and beautiful and ready for her forever home! Please ask us all about her!
